The weeks, they taunt me.

Only two more days and I'll be done with Massachusetts standardized tests forever.

Well, summer vacation is in about 4-5 weeks. I still have to bring my grades up and do well on finals, because I really need to bring my GPA up. Only a little bit though.

Sophomore year is lasting fucking forever. It's almost unbearable, and I can't take any comfort in what going to happen to me in my junior year. A lot of close people are going away within the next year or two, so I have a lot to cope with. I'm just hoping that my high school career will be over soon with as little flaws as possible.

So, if you couldn't already tell I have a lot on my mind right now. High school has been a less than great experience so far, and I just hope it doesn't get worse. All it is, really, is a giant cock measuring contest. It ranges from "I got THIS drunk after the football game!" to "I gave more head than you did at summer camp!" and everything in between. I associate with people who are thankfully smart enough to see past this crap and see the world for what it really is. I'm growing up as a middle class kdi in a very wealthy town, where most kids my age get $100 a week allowance or more. It's ridiculous. It's not real life. I'd like to see them in the real world without daddy's money to pay for every goddamn item they see at the Banana Republic, or wherever the fuck they shop. Where I'm from, people don't know how to work. Their wealth is taken for granted and is just wasted on pot and Miller Lite. I'm sick of living in this illusion, and I want to see life outside of this little bubble I'm stuck in.

Well, I think I through with this ranting crap. I need sleep.

High school was NEVER fun for me, but I tried hard to maintain my GPA so I could get into college which was FAR more fun and informative. Good luck with the upcoming finals.

Are you a freshmen? That might explain some difficulties. Freshmen year was probably the worst year of my life.
